Pricing questions
Is there a subscription?
No. There is no monthly plan, no setup fee and no seat limit. The fee is a share of what your program pays its partners that month, so it is zero in a month nobody is paid.
What exactly is the fee taken on?
The commissions you pay your partners on approved sales: the direct commission, plus the recruiter override when there is one. It is not a share of your revenue, and sales you would have made anyway are excluded by default.
Who pays my partners?
You choose. Pay them from your own account with a payout file or one click, and the money never passes through ViralPayouts. Or let ViralPayouts invoice you and pay every partner for you.
When do I get charged?
Your card is verified, not charged, when your program goes live. After that the month’s fee is charged once a month, in arrears, for the payouts you made that month.
Is there a cap on the fee?
No. When you pay your partners yourself the fee is 3,5 % of the month’s payouts. When we pay them it is 10 % on the first 10.000 kr. and 5 % on everything above, like tax bands, so the share falls as you grow: 7,5 % at 20.000 kr.. From 25.000 kr. a month we agree a custom rate.
Does the fee come out of what my partners earn?
No. Partners receive their commission in full. The fee is a separate line that you pay on top.
What happens to the fee when a sale is refunded or rejected?
The fee that sale carried is reversed in the same proportion as the commission. A full refund reverses all of it, and a rejected sale carries no fee at all.
What about programs that are not in US dollars?
The same thresholds apply in the program’s own currency: a program in euros reaches each threshold at the same number of euros as a dollar program does in dollars.
