Affiliate software that costs nothing until your affiliates make you money.
Then it's 3.5% of what you pay them, with no monthly fee. And the affiliates who do sell can recruit the next ones: a small override you pay only on approved sales.
I run a product
Switch or launch your program
Set up free. Bring your affiliates over from your current tool.
Two or three people carry every program. Everyone else signs up, gets a link and goes quiet, and the software bill arrives on the 1st regardless. Call it what it is: rent on a quiet program.
Why it stays quiet
Three leaks, every month.
01
The bill doesn't care if anyone sold.
Affiliate tools charge a monthly plan. Your quiet affiliates cost you the same as your best one: the full plan, every month.
02
You're the only recruiter.
The program grows only as fast as you can find affiliates yourself, one cold email at a time. One founder's tally on Indie Hackers:
“130 personalized emails for literally zero results.”
Affiliates bid on your brand name or post your code on coupon sites, and take commission on customers who were already looking for you. Missive's co-founder, on what it paid affiliates:
“I believe the bulk of the $115,000 we paid out was earned this way.”
You pay 3.5% of what you pay partners in a month. A month where nobody earns costs nothing. There's no plan to outgrow and no charge to sign up. Our fee only moves when yours does, so we only do well when your affiliates do.
Want us to pay your partners too? 10% of what you pay partners on the first $10,000 a month, 5% on the rest. How pricing works

02
Your best affiliates recruit the next ones.
Every partner gets two links: one for customers, and one for recruiting other partners. When someone they brought in makes an approved sale, the recruiter earns a small override that you set. It's paid on top, so the partner's commission never shrinks.
Your two or three stars stop being the whole program and start finding the next ones: the accountant who knows forty accountants, the creator who knows other creators. People rarely recommend a tool they've never heard of, and recruiters are paid to make sure they hear.
Two levels, never three
Nothing paid for sign-ups
Only approved sales pay anyone
This is the part we measure with you. Two-tier commissions exist in other tools as a setting. We built the product around them, and we don't claim yet that they bring you more customers than one level. Your console shows how many recruited partners became active and how many brought a customer, so you'll see for yourself. The white paper sets out the model and what would prove it wrong.
03
You don't pay for sales you'd have made anyway.
Every program's terms rule these out by default, and partners accept them before they get a link. When a sale comes from your own brand name or a leaked code, you reject it with a reason the partner can see, and every line of it reverses.
Automatic flagging of these sales is coming next. Until then you see each sale before its hold period ends.
Brand-name bidding
Paid ads on the brand's name, misspellings or domain
Leaked codes
A partner's code copied to coupon sites, deal forums or browser extensions without permission
Code-only orders
Paying full commission on orders where the only signal is a coupon code and nothing else
Cookie stuffing and forced clicks
Clicks the buyer never chose: hidden frames, pop-unders, auto-redirects
Agent and bot clicks overwriting a partner
An AI agent or crawler clicking a link and taking credit from the partner who really sent the buyer
Existing customers
People who were already paying customers of the brand
Cashback and loyalty sites
Paying people to buy what they were going to buy anyway

Where each sale goes
Set your price, what partners and recruiters earn, and how many sales partners bring you a month. You see who gets what from each sale, and what the ViralPayouts fee comes to as your program grows.
$100
20%
Paid to the partner who brought the customer.
5%
Paid to whoever recruited that partner. You can also set it as a share of the commission or a fixed amount.
400
More sales means more paid to partners. The fee stays at 3.5% of it.
You
Partner
One $100 sale.
You keep$74.13
The sale, minus what the partner, the recruiter and ViralPayouts get. You paid nothing upfront to win this customer.
The partner gets$20.00
20% of the sale. The person who recommended you to the customer.
The recruiter gets$5.00
5% of the sale. The person who brought that partner into your program. With no recruiter, nobody is paid this.
ViralPayouts gets$0.88
3.5% on top of the $25.00 you pay the partner and recruiter. A flat rate on what you pay partners.

Sale refunded? Every share is reversed, including our fee, and you pay nothing.
A percentage or a flat fee, one-off or recurring, and a cookie window. Partners accept your terms before they get a link.
2
Connect your sales.
Stripe, Shopify, Whop, Paddle or Lemon Squeezy, or one signed call from your server. No code for Stripe.
3
Bring your affiliates.
Upload your export from Rewardful, FirstPromoter, Tapfiliate, PartnerStack or Impact. Each person gets one invite to accept your terms, with their old referral code filled in.
4
Run a test sale with test money.
Watch it split, hold and reverse on the test network. When it lands the way you expect, go live.
Built and tested
What the software does today
01Two links per partner
A customer link and a recruit link, kept separate. A sale never silently attaches a recruiter, and a recruit link never counts as a sale.
02An override you define
You choose whether the recruiter earns a share of the commission, a share of the sale, or a fixed amount. Partners see it next to the commission, before they join.
03Sales reported by your checkout
Stripe, Shopify, Whop, Paddle, Lemon Squeezy and more, or one signed call from your server. Replays are ignored. A sale that matches nobody is listed for you, never guessed.
04A ledger that only adds rows
Refunds and rejections write reversing entries for both levels and the fee. Nothing is edited or deleted, and every balance traces back to its entries.
05Payouts you can reconcile
A payout file for Airwallex, PayPal, Wise, Revolut, UK banks or US ACH, built from the ledger. A payout stays owed until you record the payment reference.
06A test network
The same software with test money and a time machine, so you can run your rules through hold periods and refunds before a real partner joins.
Not built yet: ad-platform connectors, spend and ROAS reporting, team accounts. See the full list
For your developer
No Stripe, Shopify or Whop? One signed call.
1A partner’s link sends the visitor to your site with a referral code and a click id in the address.
2You keep both until the visitor pays.
3Your server reports the sale, signed with your program’s secret. Refunds are reported the same way.
Selling with Stripe Checkout, Shopify or Whop? Paste one webhook address instead. Read the docs
Connect your checkout
Paste one webhook address and sales are credited to the right partner and recruiter automatically. Refunds come back the same way.

Creem
Custom checkout? Your server sends one signed API call per sale. Retries are ignored, so a sale is never counted twice.
Three calculators. They show arithmetic on assumptions you choose. They are not forecasts and not anyone's results.
Made-up examples
Who is the gatekeeper in your market?
Six invented businesses, to show how one sale is split. The roles are common ones; the companies and figures are illustrations, not results, and some sectors have their own rules about paid referrals.
1. The recruiter
Someone who knows a lot of accountants
Does not sell to the customer. Finds the gatekeeper and gets them into the program.
Earns an override of
$48
2. The gatekeeper
An accountant or bookkeeper
Already chooses the software for every client they look after.
Earns a direct commission of
$240
3. The customer
A small company on an annual plan
Buys from: an accounting tool for small companies.
Pays
$1,200
Paid to partners
$288
ViralPayouts fee, at most
$28.80
The business keeps
$883.20
Paid only if
the sale is approved

Companies already pay people to bring them partners
These companies do not use ViralPayouts and are not affiliated with it. The terms are from their own public pages, checked 14 October 2026. They are offers with conditions, not earnings.
Micro1
AI data and talent
Company referral page advertises up to $50,000 per referred company; a separate posting offers $75,000 for defunct companies with 50+ staff at their peak.
Sub-affiliate bonus: 20% of your recruit's payout, paid on top of theirs, once they have been paid.
Workflow payouts depend on the company completing onboarding and reaching a minimum revenue threshold.
No. Nobody pays to join, nobody buys anything to take part, and nobody earns for signing people up. A recruiter earns only when a partner they brought in makes an approved sale of your product to a real customer. There are exactly two levels, never three, and you set what the second one earns.
Can I switch from Rewardful, Tolt or FirstPromoter without breaking anything?
Yes. Upload your affiliate export and each affiliate gets one email to join your program on ViralPayouts, with their old referral code filled in. Nobody is moved without saying yes, so you can run both until everyone has switched.
What does it really cost?
If you pay your partners yourself: 3.5% of what you pay partners, with no monthly fee. A month with no payouts costs nothing, and your card is verified, not charged, until the program goes live. If you want us to pay your partners for you: 10% of what you pay partners on the first $10,000 a month, 5% on the rest. Pricing in full
Who actually pays the partners?
ViralPayouts tracks the sales and works out every commission and override. It makes the payout file (Airwallex, bank transfer files, PayPal, Wise, Revolut) or sends one-click payouts from your own account. The money never passes through ViralPayouts.
What stops fake or stolen sales?
Your checkout reports every sale, signed with your program’s secret, so nobody can post a sale in your name. A sale that matches no partner is listed for you to decide, never guessed. Every sale waits out your hold period, and you can reject any of them with a reason the partner sees. Refunds reverse every line, including the recruiter’s and ours.
You’re new. Why should I trust you?
Don’t take our word for it. Run your rules on the test network with test money first. Every number on this site is either read from the code that charges you or sourced with a link, and the list of what isn’t built yet is public. You can also book 15 minutes with the founder and ask anything.
Pay for your affiliate program when it pays you.
Set your commission, bring your affiliates over and run a test sale with test money. A month where nobody sells costs you nothing.
