About ViralPayouts
ViralPayouts is two-level partner program software run by Software Automated Ltd, a UK company founded by Maxime Yao. Brands pay their partners and the partners who recruit them; ViralPayouts tracks the sales and handles the payouts. Contact: max@viralpayouts.com.
1. What ViralPayouts does
A brand runs a partner program. Partners send it customers and earn a commission on each approved sale. A partner who recruits another partner earns an override on that partner's sales, if the brand chooses to pay one. ViralPayouts tracks the clicks and sales, keeps the books, invoices the brand, and pays every partner and recruiter for the brand.

2. Why it exists
Of the 535 affiliate, partner and referral platforms we checked, 124 pay affiliates for the brand as standard and 65 offer two-tier recruiting on every plan (see the comparison). Without both, a brand works out who is owed what and sends each payment itself, and the people best placed to find good partners are not paid for doing it.
ViralPayouts pays both levels and does the paying. The rules are the same in every program and are public, so partners know they will be paid on time: see Program terms.

3. Who runs it
ViralPayouts is run by Software Automated Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17024080, registered office 20 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU, England). Its founder and director is Maxime Yao.
Software Automated Ltd is the party to the terms of service and the controller under the privacy policy.
