Sub-processors
These are the companies that handle personal data for ViralPayouts. Each one is bound by a written agreement with data protection terms. Transfers outside the UK and EEA rely on the safeguards described in the privacy policy.

Who is not on this list
- Your own payment and shop systems (Stripe, Shopify, Whop as your checkout, or your own server) send sales to us. They work for you, not for us.
- A partner's own tracker, if the partner sets a postback URL. It receives the partner's own sub IDs and sale amounts, never your customer's details.
- The Whop Pixel measures our own advertising on our public site, only for visitors who allow it. It never loads in the brand console or the partner portal and never receives your data.
Changes
We tell brands by email at least 30 days before a new sub-processor starts handling personal data, and update this page. A brand can object, as set out in the data processing agreement. To ask about the safeguard for a transfer to a given provider, email max@viralpayouts.com.
